1. 30-Day Free Returns
You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery to request a return. To encourage a worry-free shopping experience, returns are free. We do not charge any restocking fees, administrative fees, or return processing penalties.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following baseline conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at care@vozlix.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. (Attaching a clear photo of the product helps speed up the process).
- If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will email you a pre-paid printable return shipping label along with detailed mailing instructions.
- Print the pre-paid label, securely package the product in its original box, affix the label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location. Do not ship items back to the address on the original parcel without our prior written authorization.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at care@vozlix.shop right away. We will swiftly evaluate the issue and issue a complimentary replacement or full refund without requiring you to pay for return costs.
5. 10-Day Refund Processing
Once your return parcel is delivered back to our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 2 business days. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal).
- Timeline: We guarantee that all approved refunds will be initiated on our side within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution or credit card company may require an additional 2β5 business days to clear the funds into your account.
