Welcome to vozlix. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to all products purchased through our online store, www.vozlix.shop, for our valued customers in the United States.

All currency and transactions on our website are processed strictly in United States Dollars (USD).


1. Free Shipping - No Hidden Fees

We are proud to offer  Free Economy Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement, no code needed, and absolute zero hidden handling fees at check-out. The price you see is the price you pay in USD.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

Please note the estimated timelines for your shipment below:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Processing Time (Handling Time): 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, sorting, and packaging.
  • Transit Time (Shipping Time): 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard delivery to mainland US destinations.

Please Note: Total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time. This generally ranges between 8 to 16 business days total. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique carrier tracking number (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or DHL). You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier’s official portal within 48 hours of dispatch.

4. Delivery Addresses & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We currently ship to residential and business addresses across the United States. We are unable to guarantee successful deliveries to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO addresses) for certain oversized items.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at care@vozlix.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot alter the delivery address or cancel the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives significantly damaged or fails to arrive within our maximum delivery window, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
